JP Group offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PDF Free Edit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
Or contact us at jaypatel01191999@gmail.com and we will help you process the refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Subscriptions

You can cancel an active subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. For refunds of recent renewal charges, contact us within the 30-day window above.
